Villa Calma Bed & Breakfast on Lake Bemidji - Our Policies

Owners, Harold and Kim Marty welcome you to Villa Calma! We are pleased to accept reservations generally for a minimum of two nights on weekends including a Friday and Saturday night stay at the seasonal weekend rate. At various times of the year certain rooms may be available for a one night weekend stay. Please call for possible dates. All room rates are seasonal, based on single or double occupancy and subject to change at any time. *Additional Charge of $30 plus tax for 3rd guest in the Florence and Venice rooms.

All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a major credit card, cash or check. Deposit equal to one night's stay due at time of reservation; balance is due at time of arrival. U.S. currency, personal traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Cancellations are fully refundable less a $20 service fee if cancellation is made at least 14 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to check in date, we regretfully cannot offer a refund unless we are able to rebook your room. Check in is available between 4:00 and 6:00 PM. Other times may be available at an additional charge by advance arrangement. Any check in after 9:00 PM will be charged an additional $35.00 fee. Check out by 11:00 AM. All rates are subject to 7.0% state and 3.0% local taxes.

Villa Calma is proud to offer our guests a Smoke-Free environment. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, common areas in the house or anywhere on our grounds. A fee of $250 will be assessed to any guest that violates our smoke-free policy.
